Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not happy, we aren't either! Talk to us and tell us how we can make your buying online experience better.
Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
- RETURNS TIMELINE. All return packages must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us (that's the date from the time your item says "in transit" in your shipping confirmation). *For international orders, packages must be received by our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- PROCESSING YOUR RETURN. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back at our studio location.
- ISSUING YOUR REFUND. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING.Shipping is non-refundable in all circumstances, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- EXCHANGES. We are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers at this time.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
- The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Defective returns received more than 15 days after the date of delivery (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)The following items are non-refundable:
- NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Returns received after 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Free gifts
- Final sale items (redlined/sale items)
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER
We make it as easy as possible for you. First, make sure you've read our Returns & Exchanges Policy above. As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, follow these easy steps for your region:
- arding the item you'd like to exchange. Include the purchase date and order number in your email for reference.
- Place your unworn and in new condition items (with all tags attached), along with the original order invoice, in a securely sealed shipping package.
- Ship with the return label securely affixed, and send it back to Oak & Bayou. Allow 5-10 business days for the package transit time, depending upon the carrier you use.
- Once we receive your shipment, we'll email you once we've processed your return.
